What happens if you entrust your cat to a photographic friend? You will receive a professional cat photoshoot.

Miranda McDonald recently asked Josell Mariano to keep an eye on her kitten, Jade. Josell agreed since he is a good friend, but he had other plans than cleaning up the cat litter and refilling the food dish. He decided to take it a step further and arrange for a wonderful photoshoot for Jade, which you would envy.

"My buddy is a musician's photographer, and he went on tour for Julia Micheals and Bea Miller for two months, so I had Jade the entire time," Josell explained in an interview. "[She] is really sweet!" She gets on the bed every morning for pets and embraces, and she does the same thing before we go to bed at night. She spends the rest of the day following me around from room to room, mostly napping in a sunlight. Loud noises, quiet noises, fast motions, and progressive movements all worry her."

Josell describes cats as "wonderful fuzzy pals" with whom he enjoys watching television.

Of course, this was no ordinary smartphone photoshoot – Josell went above and beyond with a professional camera, lenses, and studio lighting! The photographer, on the other hand, admits that capturing Jade was a difficult task. "Jade was a better model than I imagined," Josell remarked, "although she was still quite bouncy." "She was kept engaged by treats and her favorite toy (a broken thread on a stick)."
